1. General InformationBlómise is a lingerie brand based in Ukraine.Orders can be placed via:

2. Products & Prices • Prices are in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.
• Slight color/design differences may occur due to screen settings.
• Prices and availability are subject to change.
3. Orders & Payment • After placing your order, you'll receive confirmation by email or Instagram.
• Payment is made via bank transfer upon invoice.
• All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Delivery • Within Ukraine:▫️ delivery via Nova Poshta within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excl. holidays)▫️ shipping is paid by the customer upon delivery
• To EU countries:▫️ delivery takes 5–14 business days (Mon–Fri, excl. holidays)▫️ shipment occurs only after full payment, including delivery costs
• International delivery is calculated individually.
5. Returns • You may return products within 3 days if:▫️ items are unused▫️ in original packaging▫️ undamaged
• Due to hygiene reasons and Ukrainian law, certain items (panties, bodysuits, stockings, swimwear, etc.) cannot be returned.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual PropertyAll content on this site (texts, images, design) is owned by Blómise.Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. LiabilityBlómise is not liable for:▫️ shipping carrier delays▫️ user error▫️ website issues or downtime
8. Applicable LawAll terms are governed by Ukrainian law.
